Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in growing brand awareness, driving restaurant sales, and strengthening community relationships.  This is a hands-on, team-focused role where the majority of time is spent serving alongside the team on the restaurant floor, while also contributing to the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives that reflect Chick-fil-A’s purpose, values, and commitment to hospitality

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow the restaurant’s social media presence (content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics)
  • Coordinate with our catering, recruitment, and community engagement teams to promote community events and promotions.
  • Manage mobile app promotions, including the creation and distribution of limited-time offers
  • Support in-store marketing initiatives (signage and promotions)
  • Collaborate with Leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and to ensure all marketing efforts align with Chick-fil-A brand standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders.
  • Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items.
  • Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
  • Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
