Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®). Through the years, that restaurant prospered and led Cathy to further the success of his business. In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. Qualifications

Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate and collaborate with leadership and Owner to fulfill business needs.

Responsible, accountable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Experience handling guest concerns, complaints, and issues by following-up & resolving issues.

Ability to expand business through sales and catering through personal relationship building.

Active driver’s license.

Responsibilities 

Spearhead acquisition, production, delivery, and follow-up for all catering orders.

Maintain advanced knowledge of Chick-fil-A product mix and company vision.

Handle guest issues that may arise during catering experience.

Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, personally contributing to completion of orders.

Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.

Oversee and participate in serving at outside sales events.

Keep the catering expense tracker spreadsheet up to date.

Network with neighboring businesses and organizations.

Grow and develop catering relationships through personal interactions and traditional marketing.

Deliver catering orders.

Pay Range $18.00-$20.00
