YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Food Prep Specialist, you will:
- Prepare cold and hot menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, and quality standards
- Order and inspect produce
- Prepare catering trays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen maintenance as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Consistently follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other Back of House team members and stations to keep the kitchen running smoothly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- No prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
