WHAT YOU'LL DO

FRONT OF HOUSE — HOSPITALITY

Our Hospitality Team Members create an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to dine-in and mobile-order guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Support cashiering and other Front-of-House responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment.
• Look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Fulfill drive-thru orders. 

BACK OF HOUSE — FOOD EXCELLENCE

Our Food Excellence Team Members prepare the high-quality food our guests love.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Work across kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment.
• Communicate equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Support the team wherever help is needed during busy periods.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No restaurant experience required!

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented
• Dependable and hardworking
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator
• Able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Able to work 2 days per week
• Confident handling money for Front-of-House positions
• Full-time and part-time positions available

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$13–$19/hour based on experience and availability
