WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the Catering Experience

You’ll take ownership of the catering process from beginning to end—from acquiring the order to production, delivery, setup, and follow-up.

• Lead the acquisition, production, delivery, and follow-up of catering orders.
• Ensure every order is accurate, organized, and completed on time.
• Prepare all catering supplies, including boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, and other necessary items.
• Deliver catering orders safely and professionally.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and issues with care and follow-through.

Grow the Business

You’ll have the opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of our catering business through relationships and community connections.

• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
• Develop new catering opportunities through networking and personal relationships.
• Participate in traditional marketing and outside sales efforts.
• Oversee and participate in serving at outside sales events.
• Look for creative ways to strengthen existing relationships and generate new business.
• Maintain an accurate catering expense tracker.

• Develop advanced knowledge of Chick-fil-A products.
