Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor (FOH or BOH Coach) to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for overseeing shift execution, coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and driving efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about hospitality and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage front-of-house or back-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service that reflects Chick-fil-A’s standards.
- Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness to meet brand and regulatory requirements.
- Train, coach, and develop team members; provide real-time feedback and support.
- Manage shift scheduling, labor deployment, and productivity.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support leadership team with performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible availability, including 2 Saturdays a month and able to open or close up to 3 times per week.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
